The first 10 minutes set the tone for the entire incident. This course develops first-arriving officers through size-up, initial command, tactical priorities, resource deployment, and scenario-based decision-making.

Command gets harder as the incident grows. This course challenges officers to manage expanding incidents, additional alarms, tactical assignments, accountability, communication, and changing conditions.
